Protia, Inc. Announces Strategic Line of Sight

Austin TX, November 17, 2003 — Protia, Inc. a privately held software development and consulting service provider, today announced the launch of its initial product offering, Strategic Line of Sight.

Strategic Line of Sight is a Web based software application that enables a clear line of sight from strategy developed in the highest levels the company right down to performance expectations of individual contributors. Everyone in the organization is aligned to approved strategies, plans, objectives and measures. Execution against these strategies is carefully monitored and results are clearly reported in easy to use and understand format. Protia calls this "Process Focused Performance Management".

Strategic Line of Sight was developed in partnership with a Fortune 100 company in response to the risk management requirements set forth in the Sarbanes-Oxley Act of 2002. The application is currently in acceptance testing and is expected to be available to the general market January 6, 2004.
